May I bring my dog?

Yes, please inform us that you want to bring your dog in the booking process. We charge € 10 per dog per night.

Can I book without a credit card?

Yes, this is possible. However, your booking without a credit card is not guaranteed and may expire at 6pm on the day of arrival. We therefore recommend the guaranteed booking, where the room remains reserved for you for the whole night, even if you arrive late. You can cancel the guaranteed booking free of charge until 6 pm on the day of arrival. 

However, you need a credit card for the digital check-in, as this is your identification.

When will the credit card be charged?

The estimated invoice amount will be reserved on your credit card upon arrival. The card will only be charged upon departure.

Will I need a credit card?

You only need a credit card for the reservation of your room in case you want to make a guaranteed booking. The guaranteed booking kepps your room available after 6pm on the day of your arrival, in case you have a later arrival time.

You definitely need your credit card for our digital check-in and check-out as this is your means of identification, regardless of whether you use it to pay for your stay.

How many rooms can I book online at once?

You can book up to 4 rooms at the same time. If you need more, you can restart the booking process or contact the respective unique hotel in your city directly.

How do I make group reservations?

If you'd like to make reservations for a group, please contact the respective unique hotel in your city directly via phone or email.

What types of reservations are there?

We recommend the guaranteed booking, where the room is reserved for you for the whole night, even if you arrive later. You can cancel the guaranteed booking free of charge until 6pm on the day of arrival. 

Alternatively, you can choose the non-guaranteed booking, which expires at 6pm on the day of arrival. This means you need to check-in by 6pm at the latest. Non-guaranteed bookings can also be cancelled free of charge.

Is the booking process via unique-atlantic.de secure?

Yes, your booking is secure, especially your personal data and credit card information. We guarantee this via a secure https server. All booking information is SSL-encrypted and takes place in a secure environment.

Can I pre-book parking spaces?

You will find many parking spaces in the direct vicinity. Unfortunately, reservations are not possible. The prices are set by the car park operator.

How long is the reception staffed?

Your hosts at unique are there for you between 6 am and 10 pm. After digital check-in, you can also open the front door yourself at any time and our security service will help you around the clock if necessary.

When can I check in on the day of arrival?

Your room is ready for you by 3pm on the day of arrival.

When do I need to check out on the day of departure?

Your check-out on the day of departure is possible until 11 am.

What do I have to consider when cancelling?

In case your plans change on short notice, you may cancel your room free of charge until 6pm on the day of arrival.

You can make any changes to your booking in our booking system. You will also find further information in the booking confirmation email we sent you.

Rates and Prices

What prices do I pay here on the website?

You are guaranteed the best price, when you are booking on our website. And prices are always the same. We call this the best price guarantee. The surcharge for a Bigpack starts at 30 €, On selected trade fair or event periods, there is a surcharge of 40 €.

How much do I pay for a second person in the room?

No matter if you're travelling alone or as a couple: the price is per room. No extra charge for the second person.

How much is the breakfast at the unique ATLANTIC Hotels?

At unique, you always book your room without breakfast. Our partners directly in the house or in the neighborhood provide you with fresh coffee, delicious snacks and whatever else you feel like.

When can I have breakfast?

Our partners open their cafés at 6:30am.

I am travelling with children, how do I book that?

The studios at unique are most suitable for your family trip. You can book them here in the booking system on our website and contact the respective hotel directly if you have any questions.

How much is the overnight stay for children?

If your children sleep in your bed, it's free of charge. When booking a studio, a baby cot can be provided - also free of charge. We have a limited number of these in the hotel. We charge 30 € per night for an extra sofa bed or an extra bed in the studio for older kids.

Rooms & Facilities

What can I expect in the unique rooms?

Your room is equipped with high-quality double beds and is air-conditioned. A 49-inch smart and streaming TV, free Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a large shower and a cosy bench are looking forward to your visit.
In our studios you also have a comfortable couch, a kitchenette and plenty of space!

Is there air-conditioning in the rooms?

Yes, all rooms are air-conditioned.

Is there a hairdryer in the room?

Yes, all bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

Is there a telephone in the rooms?

No, there is no phone in the room. But if you forget your charging cable for your mobile phone, we can help you.

Is there a minibar in the rooms?

No, there is no minibar in the room. Our partners around the corner have a delicious offer during the day and drinks and snacks are available around the clock in the vending machine in the hotel.

Are there barrier-free rooms? How can I book them?

Yes, it is best to contact the hotel directly to make a booking for accessible / barrier-free rooms.

Are dogs welcome?

Yes, please inform us that you want to bring your dog in the booking process. We charge € 10 per dog per night.

Payment

When do I pay for my stay?

You pay for your stay on the day of arrival.

Will my credit card be charged automatically when I book online?

No. When booking, the credit card is only used to guarantee the booking. On arrival, the estimated invoice amount is then reserved on your credit card. The credit card will only be charged upon departure.

Can I also book without using a credit card on unique-atlantic.com?

Ja, das geht. Deine Buchung ohne Kreditkarte ist allerdings nicht garantiert und verfällt ggf. am Anreisetag um 18:00 Uhr. Wir empfehlen dir daher die garantierte Buchung, bei der das Zimmer die ganze Nacht für dich reserviert bleibt, auch bei später Anreise. Die garantierte Buchung kannst du bis 18:00 Uhr am Anreisetag kostenfrei stornieren. Für den digitalen Check-In brauchst du in beiden Fällen eine Kreditkarte, da du dich damit ausweist. Bitte beachte hier, dass wir vor Ort keine Bargeldzahlungen akzeptieren, aber deine EC reicht an dieser Stelle aus. #paycashless

When do I need a credit card to book?

You only need the credit card to reserve your room if you want to make a guaranteed booking. This reservation will remain valid after 6pm on the day of arrival. You will need the credit card in case you want digital check-in, as you will identify yourself with it, regardless of whether you pay for your stay with this card.

Changes / Cancellation

How do I change my booking?

You can make changes to your booking in our booking system. You will also find further information in the booking confirmation email we sent you.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Did you book the room at the "normal daily rate"? Then you can usually cancel very flexibly and at short notice free of charge up to 6 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Exceptions are possible for all special prices and offers as well as on special dates. Pay attention to this when booking and check the reservation confirmation if necessary.

You can easily make changes to your booking yourself at any time in our booking system. Check your e-mail inbox: We sent you a confirmation e-mail after your booking.
