Welcome to the heart of the Tobacco Quarters, built in 1816, where history and modern comfort meet. In our hotel, which is located in one of the impressively restored brick buildings of the former Martin Brinkmann AG, a unique hotel experience awaits you.

The Tobacco Quarters have undergone an exciting transformation. Originally, it was the industrial center of Woltmershausen, characterized by huge factory halls. With the decline of the tobacco industry in the late 20th century, the buildings gradually fell into disrepair. But the area has been given a new lease of life.

Today, the Tobacco Quarters shine in new splendor and our hotel, newly built in 2021, is a proud part of this development. The hotel lobby with historic structures has been lovingly restored, preserving the industrial charm and combining it with modern design. The high ceilings, original brick walls and large windows create a unique atmosphere that you can enjoy during your stay with us.

Heizwerk

The HEIZWERK, currently probably the most exciting location in the city, covers approx. 650 square meters spread over 2 halls. The location is 100% "urban industrial look" with large boilers in the main hall, specifically placed spotlights and visible pipe and truss systems. Everything dates back to the days when the heating plant was still in operation as Europe's largest cigarette factory.
And you can sleep right next door... with US!
